Simply pull out one blade and push in the preferred blade. The handle design is of a none-roll style, place it anywhere on a bench and never worry about rolling. Blades are high quality steel, an alloy that allows easy enough sharpening but edge holding as well. 5 blades, plus one handle make up a full set.
